Nearly all Do-Luck products purchased from Sumo Power have a guarantee.

All mechanical products are guaranteed for quality and strength for 6 months from the time of purchase, i.e. engineered items. The only exception to our guarantee is our electronic products. As with all Japanese electronics, we cannot provide a guarantee due to their very nature. Electronics are susceptible to user error which can sometimes be caused by faulty installation or misinterpretation of wiring instructions rather than an actual product fault. All electronics are tested at the time of manufacture therefore the prospect of failure upon installation is very unlikely and therefore we do not guarantee them as the electronics are not always fitted by trained professionals and therefore likelihood of misuse is increased and we can obviously not police this.

Body kits are guaranteed to the point of delivery to your door in A1 condition. The Do-Luck Aero Wivern range  ( body kits ) have been installed extensively in Japan and any small fitment issues would have been addressed prior to its worldwide sale. We sometimes experience differences between JDM cars ( Japanese Domestic Market ) and European specification cars and you should ensure that you inform us prior to purchase which model you have to clarify that the product is designed for your vehicle. This clarification is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and we take no responsibility for ill fitment should this check have not be made by the purchaser. Should any fault be noticed at the time of delivery, the product should be returned to us prior to any fitment work is carried out. Should a product be modified, sanded or prepared in any other way, we cannot accept the part as a return and any guarantee is void without question. The purchase of a part is only made under this condition and you accept and agree to this.

All genuine Do-Luck bodykit parts will be marked on the inside, within the material used which identifies it as an original by use of the   Do-Luck logo in purple. This marking will identify your kit as the genuine article which will indicate that it has been made at the factory in Japan using the strong and quality materials that are in each Do-Luck product. Should any person or company be found to be breaching the Do-Luck design copyrights of any product by attempts of duplication, we shall call upon them to the full extent of UK law and they shall be suitably prosecuted for this infringement without hesitation and question.
